When Fridays Feel Like Mondays...

Today has started out being "one of those days". I didn't feel well last night so I didn't get a very good night's sleep. Then this morning I got up and went to take the trash out and ended up running to the bathroom and throwing up. I started feeling a little better so I made breakfast for Caroline and myself and then got ready to go to work. I couldn't take Caroline to her regular sitter because her sitter's daughter has the flu. Fortunately today is the first day of spring break so a teacher friend of mine was able to come watch her. Unfortunately, there was a bit of miscommunication. I said I start work at 9 and I think she thought she was supposed to be at my house at 9. By the time I explained everything she would need to know it was about 9:10. That wouldn't be terrible, but yesterday I took Dave's truck to work and I put the keys to the church on his key ring and forgot to take them back off this morning. I am the only one who works here on Fridays so without a key I can't get in. So that meant I had to drive to Dave's work, get my key and then drive all the way back to my work. Sigh. I got here this morning about 9:30. I'm hoping the rest of my day goes better.
